Kiddy Up Ranch is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology. The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Measures in Place
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone. Every link and button shows a visible focus outline, and a "Skip to main content" link is the first item on each page.
- The About, Services and Market menus open with Enter or Space and close with Escape.
- Text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background; large text and interface elements meet 3:1.
- Images that carry information have alternative text, and decorative images are marked so assistive technology skips them.
- Every form field has a visible label.
- Animation honors the reduce-motion setting on your device.
- Text sizes scale with your browser's zoom, so pages can be enlarged without a separate tool.
Known Limitations
Parts of this site are provided by other companies, and we cannot fix issues inside their code. Each one has another way to get the same thing done.
Online donations
Donations are processed by Zeffy in a form embedded on our Donate page. We do not control that code. If the form presents a barrier, call (727) 377-2840 and we will help you give by phone or by check.
Therapy appointment requests
Appointment requests on some service pages open a secure form from SimplePractice, our scheduling provider. If that form presents a barrier, call (727) 377-2840 and we will take your request by phone.
PDF forms
Registration and program forms are PDFs. Most are tagged for screen readers, but a few are not yet fully accessible, including the outpatient authorization form, which is a scanned image. Call or email us and we will send an accessible version or complete the form with you by phone.
Videos and social media
Videos play in YouTube's and Facebook's players, and the Media page includes a Facebook feed. Captions and player controls depend on those platforms. If you need a description of a video, contact us and we will provide one.
Maps
Interactive maps are embedded from Google Maps. Our street address and a directions link appear in plain text wherever a map is shown.
Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. It runs in the background without a puzzle. If it stops you from sending a message, call or email us instead.

If any part of this site keeps you from finding what you need, please tell us the page and what happened. We will help you get the information in the meantime and aim to reply within two business days.
