Hippotherapy to our programs offered! 

Hippotherapy uses the rhythm, movement and repetition of the horse as a treatment strategy to achieve goals in speech, language, feeding and occupational therapy. Your child will work one-on-one with their therapist and an experienced horse handler to engage their sensory, motor, and cognitive systems.

Hippotherapy includes activities such as grooming, feeding, haltering, leading, and riding the horse, that promote feelings of independence and strength. Not only will your child practice responsibility and self-control skills, he/she will have the chance to practice self-regulation and emotional awareness all while targeting their individual therapy goals.
